The SIGCAT CD-ROM Information Resources Center or "CIRC" is a permanent research and evaluation facility
for CD-ROM technology, conveniently located in Reston, Virginia, just 17 miles from our Nation's capitol. With
dozens of different hardware and software products provided by SIGCAT's Corporate Sponsors, the CIRC
affords its members, for as little as $75 per year, a unique opportunity to see and test the latest offerings from

What's New in the CIRC

in the CIRC. This external drive has a transfer rate approaching 900 KBytes/sec and an average access time
